Every author has an audience and I am thrilled to have family and friends that support my work. My poetry and essays are written with the African American child in mind, that carries questions with them into adulthood about their ancestry, as I did, about who they are and where they come from.
I have the opportunity (on Sunday) to reach another segment of my intended audience, my elders, brothers and sisters in Cameroon.
